Anyone know of acne scars remedy?

Anyone get rid of acne scars? Please share whether its home remedies or creams etc. Thanks

One of the best remedies I've ever come across is combining honey and cinnamon. You get 3 tbsp. of honey and then add one tsp. of cinnamon, and then leave it on your face for at least one hour. Within 2 weeks (give it a bit longer if they're really bad), you're skin should be completely cleared up of all scars, acne, blemishes, etc.. It also works to exfoliate your skin (the cinnamon is a little scratchy so it works just like a scrub). And, even after your skin clears up, you should still apply the paste every day. And, not only does it clear up your skin, it can help with heart disease, bladder infections, weight loss, and arthritis among other things. And, the best part of it is that it's 100% natural (make sure your honey and cinnamon is as organic as possible), and although, yes, lemon juice is a pretty decent way to clear up skin (adding because the other people mentioned it), lemon juice burns your skin (at least it does for me).

It's no problem. I actually have before, and it's the only thing that actually did work. Since, my skin is pretty sensitive, so whilst a lot of the other stuff does work, it causes too much irritation for me to be able to keep it on. So, I mean, if you don't have super sensitive skin, you may not care to use it, but I think it's great (and I've used a lot of things).

I don't know from experience, but I do know that coconut oil is the most amazing moisturizer, and it has a healing effect. I have friends that use it for acne, I used it on my warts (they shrank exponentially) and on my dry skin. doctors recommend eating about a Tbsp or so a day, (for overall health, digestion, etc.) eating coconut oil can get rid of eye infections even... So I really think that it would help scars. Plus, if they are new scars, moisturizing in general, and just giving them time should help them shrink a bit and get less noticeable, even if they don't completely go away.

wait, can I take coconut oil internally to get rid of scars? or do I have to put it on topically?

I would say use it just like lotion, although it's healthy to eat, too! ha ha Use a very small amount though, because it's very greasy so a tiny bit spreads a looong way XD

no problem :) Coconut oil is pretty much the cure all substance... and it makes DELICIOUS fudge too... so you know it CAN'T be bad.

Yes for acne you can use few domestic ideas or medicine with herbs or vegetables like. 1.the most effective one is you can cut pieces of potato and rub them on affected part of face and nose. after 20 minutes you can wash it.

2. You can use honey and lemon juice as well on affected areas and after some time (30 minutes)you can wash it.

You might be able to make a scar fade with a home remedy, but to get rid of it completely you would need to go to a doctor and have cosmetic surgery. Depending on how many scars and what kind of acne scar it is, the procedures can actually be pretty affordable, or really expensive.

There are different kinds of acne scars, black heads can create icepick scars, while other types of scaring can create deep craters in your face. There are different methods of surgery to get rid of the different types of acne scars. Some methods are very minor, others are more extreme and basically laser the outer part of your face off. You may want to look into the different methods available if you don't get the results you want. It doesn't sound like it would take much to make you happy.

I have used a few home remedies before. The two ones that worked for are Aloe Vera juice for your face twice a day (it helps against breakouts as well). Lemon juice on your face for 20 minutes a day helps lighten the scars out as well. These are what worked for me, but there are more.

My best friend bit me between my eyes. REALLY. And after it healed I had a scar. I used very fine sandpaper and rubbed it till it got a little sore then I put cream on it. I did this on and off for a few years and now I have almost no scar at all. You would have to look with a magnifying glass to even tell. This might be bad advice but that is how I did my scar.

It is and I would have a raw sore spot every two months from doing it but it would only be bad for 3 or 4 days.

I squeeze a small amount on my face and leave it til it dries (about 5 mins) then wash it off with water.. I literally just did this with the lemon I had with my fish tonight... It's a habit and I see the difference, it is very cleansing. Also coconut oil is great to hydrate and balance, because lemon might dry your skin.

wait but isn't cocunut oil bad if you have oily skin or combination skin?
