Whiter Teeth? Need your help.

A week ago I started using Crest Whitestrips Professional Affects with Advanced Seal. I leave them on for an hour and It has been a week and I still can't really see a difference (I have 13 strip packs left). I have little white spots where they are starting to work on the "I teeth" but nothing major.

I also brush my teeth 3 times a day for 2 minutes with Crest 3D White toothpaste and today I bought 5 Minute Speed Whitening Gel (which is supposed to work better than the white strips)

What to you do to make your teeth whiter? How long until you started seeing results?

If you are a smoker, they will be a bit yellow, and will need some "whitening and brightening", for sure, sweetie. I am not a cig user, but to keep the glow a go, I always brush with a whitening toothpaste, plus use baking soda every day. There are liquid whiteners on the market for this, as well as for the plaque, which is what you may have too, as to why your Crest strips are just showing "spot results." Continue to use them, and by the time they are gone, and you still have not seen any results, don't waste your time and money on any more. They are expensive, I have read the price, but instead, "pay the more expensive" and go see your dentist for a good, thorough cleaning. From thence on, you can maintain that once again "sparkling smile".:))

If you're gonna use dental trays or strips Aquafresh is the best ones in my experience. They come in like a pack of five mouth trays and by the third one my teeth went from light shine white to almost bright white. When I forgot about buying trays my friend told me about using hydrogen peroxide. Which it's inexpensive, in dental whiting products already but with no chemicals, you only need to gargle with a little bit, way less time, freshens your breath and whitens your teeth faster. I noticed and my parents noticed like right after the first or second use.

Some come with the trays. Otherwise you can go to a sporting goods store & buy sports mouth guard.

I think it was about 10 days to 2 weeks. I remember looking in the mirror at the gym & thinking wow this really works.

buy toothpaste with baking soda in it or mix some baking soda into your regular toothpaste, it works within a week I've tried it myself and I'm a regular coffee drinker. I use Arm & hammer toothpaste its much stronger than crests toothpaste

Whitening teeth eats at your enamel and once that's gone, it never comes back. Whitening is very hard on the teeth. Getting them done professionally is your safest bet.

I used the CVS brand once a day whitening strips and it worked PERFECTLY!

The 3D White mouthwash has done better for me than anything. I occasionally use to strips but I do the mouthwash 2 per day.

Whatever you do don't use crest pro health mouthwash. It turns your teeth brown. I personally wouldn't use any of their products especially the crest pro health line

Some people's teeth are naturally not white
