I need to work on toning up my legs and thigh muscles.
Is anyone using the fluidity bar and how do you like it? looks like a ballet bar

If you want to look to train at home in ways that will lead to "toned" legs and specifically benefit you in dance/ballet, I highly recommend tools that allow you to put a totally new spin on bodyweight training, such as suspension trainers. I use a relatively cheap one called the Jungle Gym XT ($80). The Fluidity bar is ridiculously overpriced for what it is, and yes, all it is, is a little ballet bar that isn't even wide enough to do many more advanced poses.
It's been my primary source of strength training for almost two years now. I have gone from being obese to being fit and able to do pullups just training with it which I think is awesome.
Thanks! I lost 135 lbs =)
