Eating when I wasn't hungry just because I felt like it or just because it's been x amounts of hours since I've eaten is one of the best health habits I've picked up.

I'm way healthier now because of that (and have more money in my pocket). 8-)

yes I do it when I am bored and also sometimes when I watch tv, just because I think I need a snack to be able to sit down at watching something like a film or a TV show, its a bad habit to have :(

i eat when I'm hungry, angry, bored, sad, excited...you name it and I will eat to it. I just really like food a lot hahaha :P

I eat whenever there's a chance to eat, I eat whenever there's food. I eat a lot haha. I love eating.

Yeah. My appetite is so strange.. 50%-60% of the time I'm not hungry and do just fine not eating. I make myself eat sometimes, even though I'm not hungry. Other times I eat like a bear going into hibernation lol.

On a occasion I might but I am trying to be a lot healthier.

Because food is SO good (and I do love to eat) I do small meals every few hours.

I never eat when I'm hungry because I can't bear to be hungry. I always eat before I get hungry so that I never have to feel hungry.

I used to because of boredom I guess but it was a bad habit of mine. I now only eat when I am hungry & a couple of healthy snacks in between. :)

You could be just thirsty. Your body's hungry for hydration and it responds the same way. You think you're hungry, but you're thirsty

Yes, unfortunately.  I find that I somewhat often eat out of boredom and habit.  I enjoy eating while watching shows, so I tend to do that sometimes even when I'm not actually hungry.
