Can anyone recommend a good diet?

I've been working out for about 6 months now. I do 6 different exercises focusing on different body parts(biceps/back, abdominal/core, chest, push up sets, legs and back, yoga) every other day; in between each of these days I run for about 30 minutes on a treadmill.

I was wondering if someone could recommend a non-vegan/vegetarian diet that is cheap, and doesn't have super obscure foods. Currently I eat whatever I get my hands on, but I want to change that, to be healthier and increase my results.
