I donβt Hand out candy I take candy away from kids and at the end of the night I got a lot of candy without having to spend all that time knocking on doors.
In our neighborhood, the kids don't go house to house trick-or-treating. They usually go to someone's house for a party on Halloween night, or sometimes the schools host a Halloween party.
Yes. I will also be observing one of the biggest fatass holidays on the calendar the next day: Discounted Candy Day. I'll be picking up my usual 75% off bags of York Peppermint Patties and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
I don't do this anymore. Great idea you are doing the No candy deal because of the drugs they are finding in candy and even warning of Halloween candy.
Kids don't do that bullshit anymore. The last time I've seen it, I was living on a nice safe military base. I would literally be shocked if kids actually showed up.
Nah they definitely still do it everywhere. I do live on a base but last year we went off and on base since they were different days. Lots more kids off base going crazy
And it's def not safe here I've had someone steal my table, decorations and whole bowl of candy they past 3 years on Halloween. This year I'm just putting them out till 730 so that won't hapoen
Jeez... I think back to when I was running around all night on Halloween... multiple pillowcases full of candy. Here though, I really don't see a single kid on the street. I see those Halloween parking lot things where they pass out candy... but the streets are empty. I think major culture shifts happened while I was overseas. I came back and it was a different world... off base that is. I'm sure it still holds out in some neighborhoods. Not anywhere near me though.
The only people I see now on the streets are drugged up, pissing in public at the bus stop, or yelling at street lights. I would say this is worse than when I lived in 1990's Los Angeles area where there were drive-by shootings every other night and helicopters constantly flying with their spotlights out. Even during that there was more kids than now.

Ill be sitting in the driveway with a firepit going, handing out candy to the kids and shots to the adults
Ooo shots? Yummy
Kids don't come to my apartment complex. It's a pizza and horror movies night for me.
No, in my school the women usually wear costumes with extremely short skirts, so I just look at their asses.
No kids near me so wonβt be handing out anything
No kids where do you live? Lol
In Northern Florida near the ocean
Thank you for the Like

Kids these days are too dang lazy to climb hills.
Yes! 🙈 I'm also friends with lots of kiddos here so I will buy candies later.
Maybe, I want to since there's kids in the area but I'm not sure if I'll get the chance to.

Yeah probably just your area cuz here trick or treating is still super popular
You're lucky... still has a little bit of America I remember as a kid.
I got 3 big bags of mixed candy bars. Hopefully I get trick or treaters. I dyed my hair to look like dr strange.
Nah just handing out tricks 😈
I doubt anyone will come by, but if they do I have bought an emergency supply of candy😂
