You've stood in line for ages to get into Santa's grotto at your local mall. Your child joyfully reels off his wish list and tells Santa he's been good this year. Santa reaches into his big sack of gender-neutral toys and hands over a small present.

You both get home and upon opening it find a transexual doll that's either pregnant or promoting body positivity, it's kinda hard to tell.

How do you react?

If it's the doll in the picture? Probably get rid of because it's ugly, not because it's transexual. But, if the kid likes it, fine. None of my kids considered whether their toys were gendered. It was always measured by how much fun it was or what they can do with it. We overthink things way more than our kids do with the gender stuff for toys and games.
