How to get by when this Christmas season sucks?

Having a sucky Christmas isn't actually new to me. Growing up, there was always problems happening at that time. No money for presents, some family members being rude about coming (or not coming) to visit, etc. But this year is bad. My doggie is sick, one of my grandparents is in the hospital with heart issues, one of my grandmas (who I at one point lived with) I've been in a fight with to the point I'm distancing myself, all over her own petty crap. And my job is rough because around 4 people at the same time are quitting or being fired, so I'm taking a lot more workload. This shit just makes me feel low right now. I was in the Christmas spirit for a bit, but that spirit inside has since left. My family and I have a happy Christmas tree with all the presents and everything, but I'm just not feeling it. I really wanna get out of this funk.

All of that is some pretty heavy shit that no one should have to deal with. I'm no stranger to family drama. Been embracing the suck with that for 27 years now.
