I assume you mean they've been delivering for 2 years and now they're not.
There are several possible reasons:
1. They no longer deliver... anywhere
2. It's too far away, out if their designated delivery area
3. They haven't been paid to deliver there
4. It's in a dangerous area

Person told them to stop
I don't understand the question. Did they not service this area anymore, or have they been sitting on a 2 year flower order? Are they under new management? Or did they just say no, f*** that house, I'm not going there?
Highly suspicious.

Maybe be the delivery person couldn't find the house, or they went to the wrong house. Other people get my mail all the time. With the economy being so horrible, I couldn't imagine how pricey it would be go send flowers to someone. Yikes!
1. New delivery driver can't locate the address.
2. Bad dog in the yard.
3. Transposed digits in address and delivered to wrong address.
4. Inundated with deliveries and stopped delivering when it got dark.
Are the flowers 2 years old? Did they suddenly stop delivering flowers? Diod they put up a wall or a most? What are we looking at here?
Maybe the house is vacant or too far off their route now
a GOOD reason? Insufficient drivers to handle the workload. Others seem very fixable and not very excusable if one has a decent business selling flowers.
If I'm reading the question correctly, "if the person that ordered them never paid for them." (like if there charge was declined and they never made good on it.)
Maybe there was an issue the last time they delivered there. Someone could have been nasty to the delivery person
Maybe a viscous dog or ex at that house or maybe house is haunted many reasons can apply
We would need more details to help you figure it out but it sounds like you’ve been delivering flowers to your ex’s mother. They likely told the florist to stop accepting your requests because they simply want to be left alone.
A rabid dog or big cat between the road and the door. It's a service industry. Unless the guys delivering have been assaulted by the resident at the address there's literally no reason for the change.
The flowers are probably dead
Might be allergic to the flowers they are being to deliver
A bad experience such as a dog attack.
After 2 years, I suppose they'd be dead!
restriction order...
Coz the florist didn't like your floor...
nvm bye
If it was like my uncle, it’s because he married the courier delivering the fliwers.
I don't understand the question, but thankfully other people do!
They could have been given a hard time or it could be staffing, maby they changed their business model.
Probably financial issues and having a crappy pay salary.
