Are the nicest/kindest people typically gift giving people?

You know that one co worker who gets everyone a Christmas gift or a birthday gift. Or that family member who gets everyone something for Christmas. Will you consider those people to have big hearts? Or does having a big heart have nothing to do with gift giving.

Yes if they can actually afford it if not, they can make you something with their bare hands if they have the talent

This is true. What I noticed with most gift givers is they typically don’t give things that genuinely mean something to who they’re giving to. Like as long as it’s expensive or fancy it’s good enough. Never mind if the person you gave it to had no genuine interest in it lol. I think gift giving is truly genuine when thought is put into it. Like you get someone a AMC gift card because you noticed they enjoy movies or going to the movies. You get someone baking/cooking items because you noticed they enjoy baking/cooking and watching cooking shows. You get someone perfume or cologne because you noticed they always smell nice etc not “Here’s a 1200 gift. You better like it because I spent money on it.” Lol

Yes, exactly. You have to know them well and if not, ask them what they like and what they need, be kind and sweet so they’ll talk about it and go out and get them that gift and they’ll be happy 😊

I suppose so when they have no obligation to do so
