For those who work out? Is there any way i can lose my breasts (practical reasons) and widen my shoulders. also i want straight hips?

I think,... I THINK! you can reduce breast size by working out your chest. and for wider shoulders, do a bunch of different shoulder workouts, all under resistance, so basically weights. Health & Fitness

don't workout, keep the resistance your body has to push against to a minimum, like lifting, hiking, and like anon said, less protein. Health & Fitness
