Is the beauty of a girl important in marriage for a man?

I am a young man who wants to get married. I know a very nice girl, and there is a very big mental compatibility between us in customs, ideas and interests etc.
But she is beautiful, but I think that there are many girls more beautiful than her... Or that her beauty is above average.. What do you think, should I ask her for marriage or not... I am very hesitant

Beauty is important. Men are attracted to it. But you also need to be aware that time passes and we all grow older. Some day, a given person might not be as attractive as they are now. There are other factors that need to be balanced, such as values and morals, temperament, goals, and so forth.

Only marry someone you WANT to marry, who you're excited to be with, who you can actually see spending the rest of your life with. If you're already hesitant, spare her and her family the emotional turmoil and let it go.

In my opinion, no person is perfect... There are many criteria that we set to find the right person.. I am here confused in the criteria of beauty... I may find a beautiful woman who lacks another characteristic and so on
