I think a lot of people put others down because they want power and mocking and insulting others to get power is easier than earning respect by working on your personality and contributions to the world and excellence in professional job. But this behaviour is unacceptable and you should either get a marriage counsellor or gather evidence of verbal abuse and than arrange a safe divorce and ask for spousal support once your union is cut off.

six years i been doing a lot of reading and I think we've had a trauma bond all these years and this is why he blames me for everything, it's like he much rather put it on me than take responsibility for his short falls. I'm planning on leaving talking to a therapist preparing myself, im not strong enough yet, hoping hard i get there eventually

I've been through years ago. Divorce is not fun but at the end of the day you have to keep your sanity I know it's a very difficult decision to make and deal with but you have to realize you're not the only one going through that there is a lot of people around going through the same thing stay strong

it's like a blame game he didn't finish school because of me yet i would do his homework when he couldn't. He's not as successful as he wants to be so it's my fault for not giving him the opportunity and money to grow.. i think this relationship is a trauma bond
