For the same reason that Jewish women marry Jewish men aka "Nice Jewish Boy".

Many people of all "cultures" (*) will, while single, have relationships or "flings" with people from other "cultures" but then when it is time to "settle down", they stay within their native "culture" because there is a certain implicit peer pressure to keep that population of that "culture" going.

For example, look at all the racist White Nationalists upset with "The Great Replacement". They see "White" (**) people marrying and having children with people who are not "White", so, overall, the number of "White" people is going down and becoming a smaller fraction of the population in America. (Indeed, White people - Caucasians - will indeed no longer be the majority in America in about 20 years.) So, they feel that "Whites" are deliberately being replaced with non-"Whites" because of "libtard" policies culminating in "Whites" being replaced in America by non-"Whites". That has them very upset because they want America to remain "White" the way it was when the country was founded... founded by "real ('White') Americans".

(*) My use of the word "culture" - with the quotation marks - means more broadly:
"ethnicities, cultures, nationalities, religions"

(**) My use of the word "White" - with the quotation marks - means being White according to the definition of White Nationalists. Their "White" may differ from the normal people's definition of White.

Tradition, religious jews don't marry non-jews, while secular jews do, also giyur is a thing.

Some will marry becouse seone else set there marrige that is the more religues types, or more correct to say the closed jews commuinty

There is also the part of colture that is likely a big factor, and likely effect outhers as well, like you more likely to get closer to someone with some starting intrests and stuff, both being jew is a start, both understanding some jokes is also part of it and makes it more likely

If the live in Israel there is a lot of mess on it
First the marrige at least till lately was under the religues part, meaning they can basiclly deny doing some, like marry non jew, or gay. so some go out of the contry to do it or at least used to, dont know how its now

For the most part il say its religues at times, colture at times, commuinty at times, love at most cases regardless of the rest (maybe except commuinty case)

More so like Muslims tend to marry other Muslims. Jews tend to want to marry other Jews but most Jews identify as white so they see white people the same as Jews and for the most part, everyone else does also
