My mom says a guy will marry you if you never have sex. Is that true? I’m 25 , 26 soon and not married? When I met my boyfriend years ago we didn’t have sex for one year after first date , but I’m not married? In fact we only began dating until after we had sex. I always felt only lucky people get married fast. Some girls are married at 18 & make that as excuse to have sex. I wish I was married at 18 but no one married me? Lol.

Well if you flat out told him you won't have sex with him at all... EVER. then probably not I don't anyone who would, man or woman. How would you feel if a guy said that to you? A little undesirable maybe? But a guy who won't have sex before marriage? There's plenty of guys who'll wait. Your mom is right. A guy ( decent guys) just wants to know that you desire him. Which means you're picking the wrong guys. First off you don't just flat out say, "no sex til marriage" you say that's a gift you want to give your husband. It turns a negative into a carrot. If he really likes you, and he's a decent fellow he'll want to be that guy. And as I said, "As long as you're affectionate he'll wait". Sex is how women tell guys they really dig them. But it isn't sex that guys really want it's the affection that is shown through sex. If you're doing it right sex isn't necessary, short term.
