I can’t stand people that takes long showers. It’s a nightmare for me. I have a water leak at my house and I have to find a roommate and my friend that stayed here took 30 minutes showers hours a day. We had a big problem over it. It’s not even worth the rent somebody’s gonna run up all the water especially when you have a big water leak underground. It’s a nightmare on my wallet and I’ve heard to fix it. It could cost thousands of dollars

eh, I think everyone at least some minor health problems. If they're trying to manage it, it's fine.

I'd suggest it may be down to poor food combining, eating sugar with meals, consumption of dairy or holding onto a lot of anxiety.

Try it, reduce it, and yes keep it separate. As for why, I'm not a scientist so I can't answer that. Although you're encouraging and discourage the growth of certain gut bacteria with the food you eat. Arguably gut bacteria is the basis of health. Maybe it's something to do with fermentation, too.

IBS has different sides to it.. I have IBS and so does my partner, but we are on opposite ends of the spectrum. It’s not really that big of a problem though.

I thought that was IBD? Wow IBS too? Damn. And that sucks if you or someone you know has that condition, it could be debilitating. I thought I had it in my 20's. There's definitely worse things than IBS in my opinion and I think some women even outgrow that by their 30's.

The question for me is are they doing anything to try and manage it? If so then yes, but if they're just rushing into food that they know will trigger their IBS then probably not.
