Lets get a prediction for our future fake spouse? ROFL
12 dIsn't it already legal in a way? Talking about the sex dolls. I think there was one case where the guy got charged for having a sex doll look too young, which I think was retarded (at least he's not taking his actions out on a real child), but if I remember correctly, not convicted of anything in the end.
AI sex robots is just the same thing with more mechanical and moving parts. Kinda creepy, but... I can see it. More choices, cheaper than real women in many cases, no divorce, no drama other than Mom not approving... I mean... chicks do it with dildos, shouldn't be that strange.

There is a case of a woman right now that has a SO called Sinclair and he has actually ordered her a remote sex toy that he can operate any time he wants. Dead ass!
- 12 d
He is not even a life size BOT
- 12 d
I'm confused... like those pink things the girls put in them and they get activated by remote or by tips online? Lovense Lush or Max is what I think they're called. For the ladies I'd suggest a Sybian over that... some of the hottest porn I've ever seen in my life is just a chick getting on one of those.
- 11 d
Never. Technology should not replace human relationships in such a deep, emotional, or legal way. So while AI companionship will likely grow, legal marriage to AI is not something close or widely supported in law today, and it would require major societal changes to ever become reality. I wish it never happened.
- 11 d
@lesbologist One guy got a sex doll and wired it up to Alexia. Worst start up ever.
- 11 d
@AngryCarl3 Lolz, now that's really funny.
- 10 d
Lesbologist, You are absolutely correct. Only danger is not using enough lube. Do not hop on one of those things without proper lubricant and lots of it. The 'O"s are long and strong. That gives you little incentive to get off the toy. . - 10 d
@AMS700CX4u2 You seem to have a lot of PvE knowledge with these sex toys...
- 10 d
Urologist warn against inactivity. It is the greatest cause of prostate problems. Its a muscle, it needs exercise. How many other muscles benefit from inactivity?
- 10 d
@AMS700CX4u2 Good point.

12 dGood question. Couple of facets to that question. Why would marriage be necessary. They won't be carrying any semen so no offspring to be declared legitimate or illegitimate. Casual sex in total harmony. Don't see the problem. They will outlive you so your property will have to be assigned to someone. I'm sure the concept of greed will occur to them at some point. It did for us. Garden of Eden, God pays all the bills, your assignment was Copulate to Populate. Gym, Pool, Weight Room. all amenities free. Sauna, Steam room, Open bar and we got greedy.

11 dYes. Laws will be passed in the USA based on the fact the founding fathers never objected thus it must be legal. Millions of men will enter into legal marriages only to cheat on their AI wives leading to divorce. The company behind f these AI wives will then take half your house and savings.

@purplepoppy psssst... HUSH! That's a little too plausible given the current state of idiocy!

m 11 dBlack mirror, possible premise then:
It will be legal when enough people will agree to say that being loved by AI feels more fulfilling than being loved by the average human. Their agreement will manifest thanks to a society adamant about freedom of the individual.
I believe the most traumatized people among us are already finding more romantic appeal in AI than in humans. Though there isn't enough of them, not yet.
So for this dystopia to exist, I think we need to have even more brutal societies, even more focusing on individualism, even more focusing on a self-made life.
I assume USA's philosophy, the way I understand it, is a good candidate for this dystopia, a better candidate than theocracies where state religion will prevent that to happen, and a better candidate than EU countries where welfare state policies will prevent that as well.
05 Reply- 11 d
I wonder where India fits with this though since it is neither the US, a theocracy nor a welfare state proponent.
So @fonduegirl, any opinion anout that? - 11 d
I have mostly negative thoughts.
But the OP is asking us to humour her so.
Not everybody can be naturally happy. Therefore, some people buy drugs to get there. - 11 d
As for India, we are all on board. Third world country remember?
- 11 d
all right, I see lol, thanks for dropping by👌🏼

No problemo
What is the point they are not human and don't have feelings or emotions. They can't be passionate or loving. They are progressing to the point that they will be able to create more bots on their own. They are going to take over the world, eliminate all of our jobs, and soon replace all of the humans. We are on the verge of destroying the human race. Somebody has to stop it before it becomes impossible. It was all predicted in the 1960's in "Brave New World" and "1984". It has just been longer in comming.
00 Reply5.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. What would be the point? Could you put a bot in your will? Would a bot have visitation rights if you were in the hospital? Could you and your bot file joint taxes and receive tax benefits?
And what if you got tired of your bot. Would you have to get a divorce and would it be entitled to your property and alimony?
The idea is ridiculous. It's like wanting to marry your car.02 Reply- 11 d
It is a tool, and people marry tools all the time. hehe
Give it a couple years. Japan will do it first, and HEY, they're already working on the sex doll that you will SURELY be able to pair it with!

11 dDummycrats will probably legalize marrying animals within the next 20 years. They've legalized everything else God forbids, so it wouldn't surprise me.
I'm sure I'll be banned from the internet for "hate speech' for criticizing animals fuckers.
02 Reply- 10 d
You need to read all of the things the KJ Bible listed as Abominations. There are 76 of them. We are all Guilty.
- 10 d
@AMS700CX4u2 The dummycrats call it "rights" to do what God hates. Other people repent when they sin.

11 dNah. Sexual gratification with an AI, sure. Recognition as a separate entity for tax purposes. etc that comes with marriage, no.
14 Reply- 11 d
We are very isolated so companionship might be an option
- 11 d
@fonduegirl We are indeed, friend. We are indeed.
- 11 d
The question is: Why even dress it up as a relationship? Why not just hook yourself up to a machine that stimulates dopamine centres arbitrarily. We don't need back story, pretend meaning. Feelings for feelings' sake. We're spending a shite ton of money developing AI that is completely unnecessary for the effect we want to get from AI.
- 10 d
Hard agree
