After being hesitated to ask this question in public and messaging some of my female friends in private, i have decided to ask it in public...
Feel free to write your opinion about it!
On my previous account i wrote a mytake on it, in case you'd like to know my opinion about it...

Yes, but the double standard is out of control, as usual.
Men have been convicted of marital rape for using manipulation tactics like withholding all affection unless it leads to sex, or threatening to cheat or abuse her.
Women can do all of those things and more with impunity. My cousin’s wife refuses to have sex with him unless he is willing to get her pregnant, and insists on sex when she wants to get pregnant whether he’s into it or not. If you swap the sexes, that’s considered marital rape. I used to work with a man whose wife would beat the sh*t out of him if he rejected her sexually, and MILLIONS of women have divorced their husbands for failing their “husbandly duties”. But a man who wants to divorce his wife because she withholds sex is considered a misogynist. There was a couple in Oregon who divorced because the man changed his mind about having kids with her. She sued him for the rights to his sperm and won. The court forced him under penalty of law to donate his sperm to her and pay child support when she got pregnant.
If they’re not going to enforce the laws equally, then there should be no laws.
Agreed 👍🏻 and thanks for sharing!
I’ve got kind of mixed emotions on the subject Tony. It’s the duty of a wife and the husband to give each other sex I agree, But what if she’s sick and she doesn’t wanna have sex that night? is it fair that husband forced himself on the girl? Or what if she’s going through deep depression because of a certain event in her life and she just doesn’t wanna have it that night? Also yes it’s the duty for both to give each other sex, but there’s some rare circumstances out there to hold off for the night
Right, that's why i don't believe in marital rape...
First, it's because a married couple never needs a consent from each other, second when a wife says no and explain it to her husband than he shouldn't continue doing it because he knows that his wife wouldn't say no if she was able to carry on, so forcing it on her even when she says no and explain to him why and make her feel pain because he's hurting her than he ain't no husband anymore, he'll become a real rapist, his rights will be taken away cause he isn't doing what a husband shall be doing, more like he became a criminal, worse than a random stranger, the last thing a wife could of think about is having her husband hurting her and raping her... etc
Excellent we always agree on everything 👍😊
👍🏻👍🏻
Yes, it absolutely exists. As others have said, consent to have sex is still a thing even in marriage. Everyone has a right to say what they want done to their bodies. Since you don't believe there is such a thing as marital rape, let me ask this. Let's say you are sleeping or something and without permission, your wife shoves something up your butt like a dildo. You didn't consent to that, right? You'd be upset and feel like you had been violated, right?
Yeah, that's rape.
According to you though, that wouldn't be as you are expected to have sex and give your body to your spouse. That doesn't make sense.
Miss bri try reading my comments to other members or reading the link that i have provided to mytake on it cause i can't keep repeating everything that i have said to everyone...
When you're done reading everything, come and tell me your opinion about my personal thoughts and if you have something to ask, i'm ready to answer you...
The link doesn't work to your MyTake and I have read some of your comments. I think there seems to be a disconnect here where you would lkke to justify a spouse forcing sex on their partner despite their wishes as not being rape. It's honestly no different than it happening outside a marriage. Consent is still consent even inside a marriage. Forcing someone to do something against their will is abuse. Sexual abuse is equivalent to raping someone.
Well i respect your opinion miss Bri Bri and i agree with you on a lot of points but to me marital rape doesn't exists because between a real loving married couple, such things cannot happen and if a man forced sex on his wife, than the wife can easily deal with it by just letting it pass over or makenher husband understand that she's in pain and in no way she can continue, i'm sure a loving husband will stop immediatly while if a stranger only touches a woman without her consent i encourage the woman to sue him, if he rapes her, than to prison he goes with heavy labors!
It's just between a husband and a wife things are different but surely there are limits where if one of them cross them over than the marriage seize to exists!
If i'm married, i can touch my wife whenever i want and see naked anytime that i want and will have sex whenever i want and if there's something wrong with her, she will tell me and explain to me why she said no and i will surely understand, hug her and kiss her, but if anyone touches her and i knew about it, a very bad thing will happen to this person...
If a woman was touched by anyone other than her husband, i agree that he receives a harsh punishment but if a woman came to me and told me that her husband touched her without consent, i'd laugh and send her away...
Only physical violence counts to me, even at this point i'll try to gather them and try to make it work for them and i'll have a chat with her guy explaining to him than if he keeps beating his wife where he will ends, hoping that he will understand, my aim to save marriages as much as possible and make everyone understand that a divorce is a sin and shouldn't be considered except for issues that will never work out or in dangerous situations!
That's the problem my friend, you are basing it off relationships that are loving only (although I still believe you can be raped if you say no and they continue in those situations). Not every marriage is loving however. There are abusive spouses that will force it on their spouse whether they want to or not, and your solution is to laugh and send her away then talk to the husband and try to get him to stop and tell them to work it out?
If this was your sister or mother would you do the same? How about a daughter? Would you laugh at them too?
That's why i said if the husband forced sex on his wife, she might take it cause it's her husband and she loves him after all and don't wanna ruin her life because of it but if it was painful or there was a health issue and couldn't take it than nope of he doesn't stops than the marriage will be canceled and the husband won't be treated as a husband anymore, but will be punished as a rapist, a criminal!
That's why miss Bri i always say in a real marriage, cause in a real marriage the husband and wife become one, of she's hurt then he's hurt and vice versa, even if a sacred marriage grants the husband to have full access of his wife's body but he shall make sure to take care of it as if it's his body!
If my mother or sister or daughter told me that their husbands touched them without consent, yes i'll laugh and send them away cause to me it's normal for a husband to touch his wife and vice versa but if a husband beats my sister or daughter, then in no way i'd laugh, i'll have a chst with them, than i'll to have a talk with their men, i'll try to have a respectful convo with them and will tell them one thing: what happens between you and them is none of my business except if you hurt them such as beating them than i promise to give them the same attitude and will force my sister or daughter to divorce them, yes i will FORCE them, if they do not respect my decision, than they will never see me again!
Do whatever you want, tell me whatever you want, i will try to help you as much as i can under one condition, don't ever hurt my loved ones!
She isn't having sex with you, come and tell me, i'll ask my sister or daughter why, if you are right, i'll stand with you and try to help, but never let me see my sister of i had one or daughter if i had one, bleeding or having broken bones... etc
I swear they will wish for hell!
I think if a person doesn’t want sex then that’s that. If you take someone, anyone and make them do what they don’t want then that’s rape. BUT…. That’s a double edged sword. What if someone doesn’t say no but a week later decides she wants to divorce and a rape charge will help her case?
So I would never force anyone to have sex married or not…. Marital rape is something that should only be considered with a lot of evidence to go with it… not just someone’s word.
Agreed 👍🏻
All i'm saying is that between a married spouses rape is completely different than a normal rape done a random stranger or anyone else!
Rape is very bad but I actually think it’s worse if a husband rapes a wife. Besides the horrific physical there is a horrific betrayal too. A husband should always protect the wife… this will make her feel unsafe at home where she should feel safe.
Yes, of course. It's not the same as being raped by someone you've never had sex with. But, depending on the circumstances, it could be worse because it's by someone who you should have been able to trust.
I agree with you on this one but tbh with you i don't believe in marital rape, i laugh when someone tells me marital rape because between a husband and wife there's no such thing as rape, forced you to have sex yes, but rape? Nope, for the simple fact that he is your husband, is okay to do it? Ofc not!
Shall he end up in prison or punished or treated like a real rapist? Nope, it's family affairs, the wife can warn him about it and if he keeps doing it, she can accept it or file for a divorce...
What do you think the difference is between rape and being forced to have sex? To me and most people, being forced to have sex is the definition of rape.
Do you also think that someone who beats their spouse or children should not be punished by a court? Those are family affairs just as much as marital rape.
Miss lazer let me explain it to you once and for all, even though i would of preferred if you read mytake on it...
if a husband forces sex on his wife, you see it as rape, so marriage or no marriage, rape will remain the same, this shows that your husband will be treated like a stranger who has no rights no nothing over you, the rights might sound harsh to you, let's say no love, no family bond, no nothing...
A husband who forces sex over his wife = a predator who is a stranger and has zero relation with you, WoW...
I'm just wondering why people get married then 🤷🏻♂️
i'm not an animal to beat my wife in order to have sex, even though some men does it, the wife will remain like a statue in bed, not a single reaction from her, but she remains silent because her husband wants it, is she enjoying it, hell no!
SURELY, she won't be in trauma or shocked or scared on her life or feeling discomfort related to the part where he shouldn't be seeing her naked or even touching her... etc, cause he is her husband, they did it thousands of times, plus everything is normal to her, except that the forcing thing isn't, because she can't be in the mood since she's forced to have it!
BUT, telling me rape is the same between a married couple and a stranger, nope not at all, even the act is different, well the meaning is the same but the people are different!
A spouse is a spouse, while a stranger or anyone else don't even have the right to touch her or see her naked and all that!
I knew women who were forced to have sex with their husbands, they felt bad and angry or fought later over it but that's all, let's take this same woman and make a stranger rape her, first of all she will try to kill him as self defense than she will report him and suffer from a major trauma and mental issues... etc
So yes, marital rape is FAKE!
A spouse can never rape, even if he forced sex upon his wife, the reaction is totally different!
Plus marriage means family, husband means a a man whom the wife gave an eternal consent to her body, a husband and wife are one person if their marriage is sacred...
Only a shallow minded person considers marital rape the same same as REAL rape!
I call it forced sex, some sort of rape but it isn't that big if the wife confronted him later to make him understand that his act was terrible and shouldn't be doing it to her cause it might cost him an expensive bill later if he keeps acting like that, cause surely it will lead to a divorce but at the same time a wife cannot always tell her husband no no no no and expect him to remain loyal to her, a woman have the right to tell her boyfriend no or any other person but to her husband she can't unless there's a harsh reason for it or a proper explanation to it, even if she didn't have it, the husband will understand the situation and will have it later, but to always say no, than there's a big issue, this man is your husband, you do know what the word HUSBAND means right? He ain't just a random dude whom you saw on the street...
Let me give you an example, just to show a same action but different reaction...
You woke up in your bed to find yourself naked and tied up, legs and hands, you'll be so much scared, shouting out loud for your life and affraid about who did this to you, when the person appears if you see him a stranger, you'll start crying and begging not to hurt you... etc
If the person who appears turns out to be your husband, you'll be mad or laughs and immediatly feel comfortable and tell him: wtf are you doing naughty boy, common untie me, it will turn into a joke 😂
See? Same action but completely different reaction...
Yes a husband forcing sex on his wife, hurts and it's bad and everything but to call it rape, nooo ma'am sorry...
About the physical violence part, it's up to the victim if they wanna sue or not...
In a real loving marriage, i don't think that anyone would beat the other to the point of bleeding or broken bones, but a slap from here or a push from there might accendatly happens, no big deal, they will make up and continue their lives...
I'm sorry I tried to click the link but it never worked for me.
And let me ask you this, how many times have you experienced pain from having sex? I'll bet it's never, or if you have it was something unexpected and only happened once or twice. I think a lot of men feel that way because they simply don't realize how much more difficult it is for women when it comes to sex, probably because women usually just put up with their pain silently.
For women, painful sex even for women who are willing, in the mood, and in loving relationships is very common. How much more when forced?
I think any man who thinks that forced sex cannot be traumatic should try putting something up their rear without lube repeatedly and see if they still feel the same way afterwards. I'm not saying that to be mean, I am saying it because I realize that most of you just genuinely don't understand what it's like to be in that situation.
And that's not even when you take into consideration things like a husband raping his wife because the didn't want to have sex after giving birth, which would be horrifically painful and absolutely traumatic. I would much rather a stranger did that to me than my husband, because if a stranger did that to me then I could still find safety in my husband. But if my husband did that to me, it would be a complete betrayal and who could I turn to then? The relationship would be in ruins and lost all its potential.
I have to agree with you on this one miss lazer snd i surely do understand what you mean and that's why i said that you're allowed to say no to your husband if you truly have a valid reason and as a husband he shall understand it because what matters is you in the first place, than comes sex!
I encourage every wife to tell her husband if she's feeling pain instead of pleasure while making it because it shouldn't happen, might be something wrong there...
Personally if i'm married i'll make sure that my wife is feeling super pleasure like me, as you have mentioned, if i'm not the one who's going to take care of her and love her than who will!!
The conclusion is: between a husband and a wife who truly love each other, rape can never occur and if it does, it will stop if the wife feels pain or cried or truly showed her husband that she's hurt, unlike a real rapist who wouldn't care at all, cause he's a criminal, unlike a husband who ain't only your husband but your family too and the father of your kids so yes he SHOULD care and if didn't than he isn't a husband anymore and shall be treated like a normal rapist!
Yes sir I agree with you there!
You're awesome miss lazer, thanks for this cool debate, you deserve all the good things coming at you, a wise woman like you truly gives her man a unique kind of comfort 😌
Thank you sir, I certainly try. And likewise! 😁
Thanks 🙂
Rape is forced, non-censenual sex. this can happen no matter what kind of relationship exists between two people. If a wife says not tonight and the husband forces sex on her after she says no, it's rape.
However, a wife would have to go to a hospital and have a rape kit performed and call the police and charge the husband and go to court with the case. I think if such actions occur in a marriage, the next stop is divorce court.
WoW, don't you think that this is too much 😄
Why would you put another human being in the position against their will and knowing they won't enjoy it.
I believe that would cause the wife to build resentment and animosity towards her husband and I would probably put hair in his dinner just to see how he reacts while I am laughing.😂
Hair you said, that's worse then rape 😂😂
I know!! 😂😂
You have some dangerous and bizarre thoughts mamacita 😵
Sometimes paybacks are essential Tony! 🙂
You're a pro in paybacks 😜
Of course, but that gets more sketchy to prove.
Not touching drugs and being responsible adults avoids a lot of this mess.
In order to know my opinion about it, you can read my comments here or the mytake in the link that i have provided...
you contradict yourself.
If someome says 'no', but the other goes forward by force, is that rape or something else? maybe it's just assaut with a life giving weapon?
bottom line of most laws... this is my space, thatis yours... you cannot come into my space without permission... even with a projectile, like a bullet.
marriage is two connected... does not give one right to violate other.
Okay but still isn't considered rape cause it's done by a spouse!
Nope. Just another way for women to get out of their duties.
I agree 👍🏻
Still a husband shouldn't force or beat his wife in order to make her submit to it...
A good wife will give it to her husband from her heart and be happy about it!
Jury's still out on that one for me.
But I agree, I'd never seriously consider a woman if she felt matrimonial neglect was ok.
Of course. If you force someone to have sex against their will, it's rape. Doesn't matter what kind relationship you have. Being married doesn't give you a free pass to do anything to another person.
Did you read my comments to other members? If you did than you know my opinion about it...
BUT, i can tell you that marriage surely does give the freedom and free passes for a lot of things or no one will get married if a spouse is going to be treated just like a stranger 🤷🏻♂️
Its just rape. Marital or not. In some or even most cases its even worse because its a person you probably trusted and its harder to get away after the first time to prevent it going on.
You can read my opinion about it in ym comments to other members or you can read mytake on it in the link that i have provided in my question
Your comments sound crazy to me. It sounds like you want to own your woman. At this point its not a wife but a slave.
Is that all what you have understood from my comments? 😂
Than i have nothing to say...
Yes, according to the laws of all 50 states there is. Doesn't matter the excuses, no means no.
rape is rape
it is a crime
period.
Rape is rape but in marriage there is no rape so there is no crime 😄
Yes. Thinking marriage somehow makes no stop meaning no is just caveman logic
A wife can say no to her husband under harsh reasons and she has to explain why...
You see a husband isn't a boyfriend, if you tell me that you told your boyfriend no and no need to give him any explanation i surely agree with you because he has no right to ask you for sex in the first place unlike a husband...
To me, a spouse needs no consent because she's simply his wife and he's her husband, when they got married they gave each other an eternal consent, unless there was a reason to say no, and let's say that the husband did a mistake and forced his wife to have sex, it isn't terrible as they picture it to be, it's just an unwanted sex and you won't enjoy it, that's all!
If you were hurt by it, than yes you need to talk to him and make him understand what he did, hopefully he'll understand but if it was for a stranger doing it, he deserves a long time prison for sure and you have all the right to hate him and wish him death, because there's a huge difference between a husband and anyone else else doing it!
Let's say your husband forced you for sex but you were hurt and felt pain while he's doing it, you cried and told him to stop, any sane husband will stop immediatly because he's hurting his own wife, means like he's hurting himself, i think that he will stop, be sorry and try to comfort you, while a real rapist will never stop even if you die in the process, cause you're nobody to him except a sex toy!
That’s your opinion dude. Sounds extreme to me. But if you ever get married, make sure you tell her about your rape habit upfront so she knows what kind of shitshow she’s signing up for
I'm not a dude, i'm a real man, yes it's my opinion and i respect yours, no need for insults...
Yes i'll tell her about my opinion and here i am telling everyone about my personal opinion, if they agree with me, than i'm thankful and if they don't than i respect their opinions and choices in life and if they hate me for it, they can always click that little block button so they don't hear from me anymore or see me, as simple as that 🙂
Yes, there is. You're married not in ownership. 😂🩵
There is also grounds for divorce for neglect of wifely duties.
False. That is the reason for “no fault” divorce. To release women of their obligations to their husbands.
@Cidknee try to read my comments to other members in order to understand how i think about it 😁
@Chaz, what?
Just because you bought a ticket, doesn't mean you have to watch the show.
Then i wouldn't have to buy the ticket if i didn't want to watch the show 😂
Yes. Its where you rape a woman who happens to be your wife.
That's the part where i don't agree with you, rape isn't found between a married couple...
It looks similar but isn't rape!
If your wife tied you up and shoved a 12 inch dildo up your rectum against your will what would you call it?
Man that's a crime, that's no sex, it's called torturing, you went so brutal and violent!
Exactly.
Of course there is such a thing. Speak with your lawyer if you need the law explained.
Nope thanks, i know about it but i don't believe it!
Yes. Consent is required. Marriage doesn't give license to force your will on someone else.
Thanks for sharing, even though we do not share the same opinion...
Be careful with this one
What do you mean? 🤷🏻♂️
Good luck proving it.
Proving what?
marital rape.
Won't prove it because i don't believe in marital rape in the first place 😏
Then that's directed to people who think it does exist. But it's not surprising.
👍🏻👍🏻
Yes there is.
I know there is men who forces their wives for sex but is it considered ordinary rape, equal being raped by a stranger?
Yes there are
Not in a real marriage!
If your wife want to fuck you with dildo saying it isn't counted as rape since it is also obligatory for husband to fullfill wife's sexual dwsire too what you will do?
First of all, you can use a better language, a more respectful one, second, my future wife will be aware of my boundaries, she won't cross them and i won't cross her boundaries too...
