Was this business right to block me on Tik tok?

I’m very frustrated about this. Now I will admit, I’ve been waiting 2 months for an outfit that I pre ordered. It was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. We got an update two weeks ago and nothing since. I asked what was going, all they said was in transit to the warehouse and almost a week later still no update. I go ok this brands Tik tok and she’s advertising the same tracksuit I bought but none of us have received. I told her how is she gonna advertise more when people who bought them two months ago still haven’t gotten them and how it would be nice to get another update since we have no idea where our clothes are. I also said if I hadn’t bought from her before I would think I was getting scammed. I wasn’t nasty or mean, maybe rude but I’m getting fed up. The bottoms are short and at this point it’ll be at least October when I get them and it’ll be too cold to wear. She deleted my comments. I commented again and said guess I am getting scammed. She replied and said they would need an order number to give me more information and immediately after I got an email update saying there were issues out of their control and they were now in transit to the warehouse, even though like I said, I was told they were in transit almost a week ago. I reply to her comment and thank her for her help and apologize for being a pain; and to my surprise she BLOCKS ME. i jjst can’t believe it was after I tried to apologize she blocked me. Did I have it coming? I don’t want to support the dumb bitch now but she also has really cute clothes
