Is it possible to find an apartment that isn’t a 12 month lease? Why are they all 12 month leases? Are there places that actually charge differently?

I wish I could just find a place where I didn’t have to sign a 12 month lease and where I could just sign like an 8 month lease instead.

I don’t want to stay in my lame ass college town throughout the entirety of this summer and the next one.

Some are 6 months and some are monthly but never heard of 8 month, try a monthly one

I’m in a college town. I literally just cannot find a monthly one. I think they’re all trying to rip us off because its better business for them

Yeah most likely, you might have to break the lease by leaving early on a yearly so you’ll just lose your deposit which might be a lot
