I ordered two pink flower sapphire rings on silver bands for my two girly friends’ birthdays. One, the old friend, who visits once a year from overseas, where she is an expat, is getting more than one birthday gift from me. Both expensive gifts.
The newer friend is getting one gift and some money to change her ring size, if it doesn’t fit. I rarely see either of them, because they’re really busy. Both have expensive tastes and appreciate beautiful things. One ring is very pretty and cute. The other is more classy and expensive looking. But both are good friends. The old friend has a good, happy and successful life. The new friend has a harder life.

Clearly the ring you like more out of the two should go to the friend you like most. Or is that too obvious?
It’s not too obvious. The fact is, I like them both equally, but I’ve known one longer than the other. Hard decision.
Don't take this the wrong way, but why did you not buy 2 of the same ring? You wouldn't have to decide this then.
I could only afford them secondhand off eBay and had to take what was available.
😊😊😊.
Sowwy. please forgive me.. I never meant to embarrass you.
I hate to go with stereotypes, but I figure I've already made an arse of myself asking that last question and seeing as I'm already down the rabbit hole.. maybe give the classier ring to the more successful friend?
Oh that’s okay. On the contrary, you didn’t and the question was reasonable 😊
Yes, that’s a good idea 😊. The more successful friend is girlier than the other girly girl friend.
:D Yayyy I finally came up with a good idea lol.. it took me long enough
It’s okay. Just a misunderstanding 😊. No harm done
