Is it necessarily a bad thing to constantly say no it’s ok if someone wants to get you something, like a gift?

I don’t think it’s rude if you just feel bad someone’s getting you something. The them it may hurt someone’s feelings is rejecting a gift but I assume you’re someone who doesn’t expect a lot from people as far as material things go.

Yeah, I kept saying it’s ok. It’s fine no worries. And then he just kept asking me whenever we went into a store saying that he could buy me something if I wanted and I just said no it’s ok. He even asked me if I wanted some money for me to go get some food and I said no it’s OK. And then he brought it up again and he said no it’s fine.

I think so too I was just hoping in my mind that he was genuine and really wanted to get me something and not just because he was just trying to be nice. If you get what I mean? I would want something if you genuinely wanted to get me something and not just because your are trying to be nice
