Porsche 911 Carrera Clip - keychain

In 2024, a friend of mine started collecting. At first, I only wanted to collect the Treasure Hunts, but then I also started collecting the Hot Wheels cars that I liked. I particularly like the Experimotors, which include additional functions. The Coupe Clip is a key ring available in various colors, as is the Carrera Clip. The Carbonator is a bottle opener.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the Dodge Hellcat - Super Treasure Hunt. I would have really liked to have it, just as decoration. The Feline Lucky 2025 isn't here either, but the 2026 Hot Wheels are already available.

Today I gave many of my cars to my friends. It's like an addiction.

Does anyone else here collect Hot Wheels cars?

I used to have about 30 cars back in the early `70's. Had I not been kicked out of MY house by my greedy ex-sisters 6 years ago, I'd STILL have them all and loads of the track!!

I'm sorry to hear that. I don't understand how anyone can put money above family... there's already so much conflict, and your own family should be your strongest allies in this strange world. What good is being rich if you're alone or surrounded only by people who are just like you and greedy for every last cent? It's good that you have character. That's a human strength that's rare these days.

Thank you!! I've never been greedy!! Sure, I'd LOVE to be a multi-millionaire but NOT out of greed!! If I had enough money, I'd love to go up to homeless people and say, "Here's $300,000, go buy yourself a house!" Or, just buy one and give it to them.
Quite often, when I was going to the store to buy groceries for the house (she & I), mom would make me take a $20 from her purse to help pay for it. I certainly didn't need her money but, just to keep from arguing with her over it, I'd take the $20 and use ONLY MY money for the food!! When she wasn't looking, I'd sneak the $20 back into her purse!! I doubt she ever knew it and it's likely I used the same bill several times!!
About the only thing I'm greedy over is records!! But, now that I've got over 62,000 of them and just don't have the room for more, I've had to stop buying them unless it's something I REALLY need. I used to buy dozens to hundreds of records per year, now, I'm lucky if I buy one or two per year!!

That's very noble. What I would also do. Never give power to people to change you in a negative way. They don't deserve it.

My brothers are.

They've both preserved thousands of scale models and several track sets quite pristinely.

My kids collected them when they were young. Not sure where they all went, they had quite a collection.

Maybe they donated the toys? I also considered donating them. I want to get rid of my cars so I can stop collecting them. However, it is very difficult with some cars. But they are dust collectors that take up space, so I try to get rid of them.

You should give your heart to people and not get attached to things.

It is from 2025 and can still be found in the stores I guess. I like things that not only look decorative but also have a function. If you lived closer to Germany, I would see if I could get one for you. But shipping would probably be very expensive. Unless you have friends in Germany?
