1. Speak Up

You may be too quiet. Your points may be missed in conversation because you're too quiet or you may not talk enough. Some people are indeed more listeners than talkers but you can still engage by asking questions and confidently talking. Try your best to avoid mumbling. If you're the type to 'wait for your turn', you may have to start being a bit more assertive in the conversation.
2. Ask questions

As mentioned above, ask questions. People love to talk about themselves and asking questions is a great way to keep conversation rolling and show you have an interest. People are more likely to remember how you made them feel as opposed to just you.
3. Draw attention to yourself

Not in an attention seeking way but having something about you that stands out can help people to remember you more. Different coloured hair? Awesome makeup? A cool tattoo? A crazy story/fact about yourself? Anything.
4. Make them laugh

Triggering emotions is a surefire way to get people to remember you and laughing is a great way to do it. Perhaps find a funny joke online and re-tell it or use relatable humour but don't try to force it.
5. Start a hobby to have stuff to talk about

You'll be forgettable if you don't have much to say or talk about or aren't very interesting. A hobby can help with this, not only can you connect with others who share the same hobby but you'll appear more interesting.
6. Get new friends

If you're being forgotten by your friends, chances are they may not really be your friends. It's time to ditch them and find new friends who will remember you and keep you included.
