Why your smile is important

One of the first things I tend to notice about people are their smiles. It immediately lets me know a couple of things about them. Are they a kind person? Do they have good hygiene? Do they same easy going? Now some people may think ''you can't get all that from a smile'' but the truth is you can.

When you see someone and they smile at you it's an instant relaxer. You automatically smile back. It makes you feel welcomed and maybe even appreciated. When someone smiles or always has a genuine smile on their face you want to be around them. Some people think that they shouldn't smile because they will get wrinkle lines. But in reality why do those lines matter? They don't. Your grandchildren will see those lines and say to themselves my grandpa was a happy man. My grandma is so fun to be around. They enjoy life.

Clean teeth go a long way as well. You don't exactly want to see yesterdays dinner in someone's teeth. Kind a gross, no? You don't have to spend thousands on braces but you can spend two minuets twice a day brushing your teeth and flossing.

Why your smile is important

When you see a person frowning all the time you don't exactly want to go talk to them. You probably don't think they're approachable. And you keep your distance. Smiling goes both ways though. If someone is unhappy around you smile. You can't expect for people to only smile at you. Smile at them too!

Be that happy person that you want them to be. It takes more muscles to frown then to smile and that gets tiring pretty quickly. And if you can't smile for someone smile for yourself. The most important thing should be that you're happy because if you're happy you'll live longer.

Smile!
