Cringe - What is Cringe?

Hello everyone it's dennis,

So I was wondering about this word "Cringe" that became so trendy and I was looking it up on the almighty internet of the meaning.

I found out that it was about awkward moments in social situations whether it was on purpose or by accident. Moreover, you'd be blamed for doing these things. Stuff you do that it is "cringey" for others because he has different hobbies or something. Then the outcome? Social exclusion. Terrible. This is how our society has been developed. People developed a mindset where they think that if you do something that it's usually normal that it's cringe. Why? Because of mainstream media. So they don't do it and surpress their needs or wants then feel unwell.

I will give you here an example. Please read.

A seven year old child is with his mother at the supermarket over the counter. Then out of nowhere, he starts beatboxing like this:

"BPSSHH TSSKK BPPSSH BPPSHHHHH TSSKK, YEAH DAMN STRAIGHT, DAMN STRAIGHT!!!!! "

"MOM, I AM A REAL GANGSTER THAT'S EVERYBODY KNOW, MY HOMIES ARE ALWAYS SMILING WHEN I TICKLE THEIR TOE"

As a result, the cashier stands up to see who the cringe victim is going to be. An innocent boy.

So he or she yells at him: "That's Cringe!!!"

The mother of the young boy yells back at the cashier: "You are watching too much mainstream media. He is just seven years old! And even if an adult was the one, why would that be cringe? Do you hate music so much?"

The cashier responds with: "Yes I hate music and also I am a social media addict. So that's why. What you said was also Cringe!"

This is a serious thread by the way. It is not funny. It is absolutely terrible. I am saying this because people have ruined their mind over social media consumption and exclude others because they were "Cringe". It is like being doomed.

Bottom line: "Cringe" doesn't really exist. There is no such thing. We are human and we can feel like singing sometimes, be joyful etc. It has been created by social mainstream media to ruin our minds. If there is something cringe then that would be stuff like Stealing, Theft, Defamation, Seeking revenge over something silly, Picking fights and acting tough by having a rude and hard tone.
