He was just confused, no girl ever told him the same so he had no time to think about it. If you put yourself in reverse roles then you might see why it appears gay at first: there just is no reason to show yourself off naked, in a sexual manner or in lingerine to another man.. exept if you are gay. Men all naturally see each other as ugly, if they aren't even all ugly objectively speaking. If any male asked any other male how his new underpants look the answer is: crap. Because that is the truth they are just displeasing to the eye.

Honestly, if you don't see men as ugly then you are maybe bisexual or latent homosexual. I am not saying that to gay-shame you but I am literally perfectly heterosexual and my perception clearly biases towards women and away from men at least as much as it does away from animals if not even children. I don't think that 100% heterosexual is common, it is enough to be straight if you are maybe 90% heterosexual but believe me men are not neutral sexually, compare them with animals. They only can be neutral if you are at least somewhat attracted to them, to cancel out the repulsion.

Absolutely not weird at all. Most girls do that. You can even get completely naked with your bestie and nothing looks bad at all. Sometimes I show my bestie my body so she can give an opinion about my butt, or vag, or whatever. Or simply to buy clothes together. No, not weird and not gay. Women often have that kind of close, comfortable relationship with their female friends. I've definitely gone lingerie shopping with my best girl friend. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you it looks awesome or to say it doesn't, especially if you're trying to wow your guy.

No that is not odd. I go cloths shopping with my best friend and we change in the same cubicle. She bought me only lingerie for my last birthday. Neither is for sexual reasons. Well between us. She got me lingerie because it makes me feel pretty and she knows my man will love me in them

Because that's how it works: Some guy is an asshole and agressive overly self-confident and inappropriate, probably even a bit stupid, and then the girls bash and insult him in a group and spread lies about him. But some of them at some point will feel guilty for lying and doing the wrong thing and do not really comprehend the situation because they are kind of even more stupid themself and thus more gullible to trust in a different viewpoint. So antagonizing the guy at some point turns into arousal and arousal turns into attraction and then they talk to him or want more or whatever their opinion is flipped around and they submit to him.
