Why do the Whites Stereotype Indian men as Ugly (fat or Scrawny)?

Hi I'm basically an Indian, Ok my genes maybe from Goa, India.

I'm 6'3, Green eyes. Kinda fair ( but still Brown skin). Met some really beautiful Indian females too. But in any social networking sites, I'm always stereotypes as Ugly,( I dont even think they even see my picture ) I do not get the logic why the whites like the latinos or the blacks but not brown?

Are we like so inferior in looks? Please give me some feedback guys!!

I think the more common stereotype about Indian guys is that they are always creeping at western women. The background of this is mostly because of online forums / chat rooms where there are indeed tons of Indian men who try to meet western women (nothing wrong with that, especially considering the difficult situation regarding dating in their own country), but for the most part act EXTREMELY inappropriate towards them, simply because they don't know any better.
I must honestly admit, I always have a hard time not to be prejudiced when an Indian guy messages me. It is unfair and I give everyone a chance, and a lot of times that stereotype is proven wrong. Unfortunately, even more times that setereotype has been confirmed.

That being said, it is a generalization and a prejudice regardless, just like the stereotype that you are complaining about. If someone truly believes that about Indian men, then they are simply too lazy to judge them individually.

There are attractive and unattractive Indian men, and there are creepy Indian men as well as socially completely normal ones. And everything in between.

Just like in every other race... :)

Reasons why you only find creepy Indian guys online is because the rest of the guys there are way too busy in their studies. They are pressured a lot by their parents to get good grades. The normal ones are either worried about their grades, have gfs (the relationships there are way too long-term), married at a younger age, or just don't bother going on to these sites knowing their English isn't good enough to have a proper conversation with foreigners (main reason). The creepy guys don't care how bad their English is. They are just horny and are willing to sound obnoxious. They have nothing much going for them and they have no shot at Indian girls there so they just go online to try to see if they can get a foreign girl. Average Indian guys there hardly have time to use internet.

I don't know. There are definitely exceptions, no doubt about it but white girls along with Asian girls are two types of girls who I would never approach in my life because of their twisted views about us. I don't know how many of these girls judge us but the number of these girls judging us is way higher than girls of any other races so I'd never take the risk. I prefer to be in my comfort zone but at the same time I don't think white women are as hot as the western media shows them to be. A lot of them age pretty fast yet they think they are all that. Sorry. I was quite pissed yesterday. I get so annoyed by the stereotype, especially when I see other groups who are doing it just as much, if not more. White women look down upon Indian men, especially if they are brown or darker skinned. If the guys are really light skinned and can pass as any other race, then they are okay. White guys don't stereotype Indian women from what I've seen but white girls are quite particular when it comes to Indian guys. They look down upon us and even bad mouth us. I have to admit a lot of rape reports at villages in India do go unreported just like everywhere else but the rapists in villages usually get burnt or stoned to death by other villages.
