How can you tell if you're the only girl he's texting?

There's a few guys i've texted before and I have no idea if he's texting like 20 other girls or if I'm the only one.

You really can't unless you grab his phone or something, but that's an invasion of privacy.
At your age though I wouldn't be surprised if he is texting multiple girls. That's the time to explore relationships and learn about all that, you shouldn't be looking for the one or anything. Have some flings, keep your eyes and mind open and learn some shit. In a couple years most of it won't really matter much, as long as you don't make any life-changing fuck ups (i. e. pregnancy/stds/etc).

Replying quickly, using your name. Also, when he is saying a lot, even sending paragraphs and seems genuinely interested in what your saying, you're probably the only one. :)

No I mean like text as in be in a relationship with. The guys I like generally aren't big texters in the beginning, so I like to see if they are actually interested or just trying to play me.

But he could be interested but still texting other girls. I have a lot of guy friends that I usually text at the same time as my crush but it doesn't mean anything.

If he's not using your name when he's sending you a text. Most guys will text flirty things to girls but if they're not using your name, at least once, then you know you're not the only one.
