You shouldn't go out of your way to give yourself a plastic, anime-like personality. You wouldn't get any enjoyment out of life or relationships like that. Any convivial gatherings would just become a lot of work. Also a lot of the stuff that normally happens in anime would be complete coincidences or just strange in real life. (unfortunately an incontrovertible contributor to the fact that 2D>3D)
If you really want to change yourself for someone and don't mind the pain, then heed the following.
As Katsuragi Keima once said, "No Personality: For real girls, there is no flag"
You should have a vibrant, outstanding personality that is your own. (If you don't understand what I mean, watch a few slice of life anime) Don't be the same as the horde of other people around you. This by itself will make you more similar to the female MC of an anime, regardless of the type of personality. Once you stand out more in a guy's life, he'll pretty much be forced to think of you more, and your different personality will make it easier for him to talk to you because there will be an easy start point for conversations. Don't worry, as you get used to acting a certain way and make the personality your own, it won't all be work anymore.
People are more judged on substance in the long term than on appearance. For that reason, looks are secondary to that literally as long as you don't make people sick at a glance. Just don't forget that the first encounter must be made by you if you're targeting a certain person without any prior relationship. The chances that the right person will approach you are too low. That said if they approach you because of your looks right away, they may not be people you want.
If I had a choice, 2D over 3D.
3D is limited by reality. 3D can't be like 2D irl without suffering acute depression and having extreme luck with events and genetics. Nevertheless, we must work with 3D, since it's what we have.
When life gives you 3D..

I watching shows with 2D girls, but I don't LIKE 2D girls. Despite watching so much anime and manga, I have a disgust towards cutesy 2d girls, flat lolis, pretty air-heads. And also the people who idolise them.
I think most guys have one or two 2D girls they think is really pretty or badass. Like Lara Croft, Mikasa Ackermann, Tier Harribel. But generally, that's all. They don't craze over other 2D girls in general.
Now... if you're talking about trying to be the perfect girl to an otaku though, you have to be tsundere. Fierce, sometimes cold, but shy about showing affection. Or Kuudere, which is generally the cold and ignoring version of tsundere. You have to dress fashionably. You have to be demure. Or absolutely tom-boyish and girlish at the same time (lol). Activities like going to the amusement park, study dates at home or in the library, and chilling at cafes is cool. Plus if you accidentally got stabbed by a supernatural creature and got implanted with said creature's organs and now you train with him to master your new abilities.
Actually, I think Otakus just want a normal girl too. Someone who crazes over the same things as they do, and understands them.

Chill with the stuff. Try looking at other stuff. You're better than this! Get your shit together young woman *mustache twitches*
Clearly, your viewing of Japanese animation has skewed your worldview.
Guys who are into "2D" girls are considered pathetic, worthless losers. Otaku doesn't have the same horribly negative connotation in the west as it does in Japan. Here it just means you like anime. There it means that you're so into the stuff that you avoid leaving your house and you should probably commit seppuku.I like both, but I know that 2D girls are not real. My favorite... geeez, Haruhi Suzumiya is up there. Just get into cosplay, cosplay is hot. Do not attempt to make yourself look like an anime girl, cause it's creepy.
I would love both of them if they were having some wonderful assets
I don't think you should you should try so hard to look like an anime girl.
Their big eyes would look attractive only on them and not on a real girl.My perfect anime girl would be Bulma from the original Dragon Ball series.
A blue haired a Tessa Fowler lol
