No. Harry NEVER saw Hermione more than a sister. Ron's biggest fear was that everyone would always prefer the boy who lived over himself, since Harry was a celebrity pretty much. The horcrux fed off of Ron's insecurities in an attempt to distract Ron from destroying itself, possibly convincing Ron to kill Harry instead.

The love scene with the horrocrux was Ron's worst fear, and also what the medallion used to save itself (although it didn't work). During the time in the tent, Harry was in love with Ginny, so I would like to think they didn't do anything sexual, but if that was real life, they probably would have.
u No, I don't believe they did. I think that might have been Ron's fear because he liked Hermione, so all the fanfic writers went crazy with that idea.
I always thought Hermione would be a better GF/wife for Harry rather than Ginny, honestly.
