Is a shirtless picture of a guy considered to be a nude?

Of course, seeing a guy topless is different from seeing a girl topless and when people think of 'nudes' they tend to think of female picture.
What would be considered 'nudes' for a guy?

Well is a topless picture of a women nude, there isn't a real difference.
What is the difference other than women have larger breasts.
I mean i think now days guys being top less is seen as less of a nude compared to before, as there are loads more pictures of that type, with guys topless and stuff like that, so eventaully it has become sort of accepted as being normal. It doesn't stop or mean that it still doesn't count as nude as its so universal and accpeted as ok, compared to women.

The definition of Nude is wearing no clothes (in this case above the waste), stripped, unclothed, disrobed and exposed. As a guy is topless, this basically defines that he is nude, so therefore yeah, it is a nude picture.

Obviously when people think of nudes its different for men and women because of how acceptable it has become for men to show off and do this sort of thing, but in reality there is no difference.

'Nudes' for a guy: Any picture that should be kept inside a relationship. E. g. a guy sitting without any pants on with a Burger King hat blocking out ----

No they are not considered to be nude. Because our nipples are not sexual organs as compared to women's breast.
Even in societies where nudity was accepted, females still covered or concealed their genitals while men didn't.
