Depends I guess, I am very easily amused though I enjoy the simple pleasures in life, I'm a watch the clouds, smell the roses, get distracted by a bird kind of guy lol.

It depends on how it was said. If it was said with an air of mockery then I would choose A. However if it was said as a casual remark then I would choose C
