I got a hyacinth plant Saturday they were in bloom and some where still bulbs. But I seen them bloom days later. The smell was sweet and beautiful. Its now Wednesday and they are starting to smell awful like urine. There were 3 bulbs and, I separated them to have more space to bloom. I place them each in their own pot with soil. Days later I'm noticing and odor coming from them and, the stem is completely limp/ drooping to the point of not standing up without support. It hasn't even been a week and I know they are dying.. Did I do something wrong?

No they're not frozen because they're limp and floppy. But it is been a rain storm going on no Sunshine. They have been sitting in my kitchen for about Wilson Saturday. The storm actually ended today we finally saw a little bit of sunlight. But I can see it's too late now. I don't burn the heater at all it does get a cold in here. Im going by how I feel. Not sure if that's considered as freezing temperature tho.
It's common for top heavy hyacinths to flop over. It could be the health of your soil.. Typical reasons also include the plant not getting enough light, or being exposed to excessive heat/cold. It's a fairly sensitive plant.
While they like it bright and sunny, they actually like the temperature to be a bit on the colder side (60-70 F).

Were they exposed to subfreezing conditions? They look like they've been frozen.

When any bulb is "forced" to bloom it unfortunately only does so once. Outside they'll live a lot longer.
Next time leave forced bulbs alone, so that doesn't happen until the end of it's bloom.
