It's common for top heavy hyacinths to flop over. It could be the health of your soil.. Typical reasons also include the plant not getting enough light, or being exposed to excessive heat/cold. It's a fairly sensitive plant.
While they like it bright and sunny, they actually like the temperature to be a bit on the colder side (60-70 F).
Were they exposed to subfreezing conditions? They look like they've been frozen.
No they're not frozen because they're limp and floppy. But it is been a rain storm going on no Sunshine. They have been sitting in my kitchen for about Wilson Saturday. The storm actually ended today we finally saw a little bit of sunlight. But I can see it's too late now. I don't burn the heater at all it does get a cold in here. Im going by how I feel. Not sure if that's considered as freezing temperature tho.
Well I wouldn't throw them out. Hyacinths are remarkably tough, so whatever happened, the bulbs will probably still be ok. Good luck

Probably over waterd is normally the first thing, not enough light or too cold and I recently learned tap water slowly kills them so there is that too. Sometimes going from outdoors to inside or outher way round can do that as well
When any bulb is "forced" to bloom it unfortunately only does so once. Outside they'll live a lot longer.
Next time leave forced bulbs alone, so that doesn't happen until the end of it's bloom.
