What's the deal with sternum touching?

Ok, so when my sternum is touched ( breastbone, in the center of the chest), I really don't like it. I freak out even if I do it to myself.
I looked it up online, and I found nothing. I've also seen Pretty Woman.

Is it a thing to do to your significant other when having sex? What's the logic behind it? Why am I freaking out about it?

I dont know if thats a thing
because thats seems way too irrelevant and weird to actually turn into a thing
I do believe in the sweet spots which do actually work
but sternum doesn't club in the same group nor does it help a woman in any way, shape or form during sex.

I hate it when people touch the back of my knee, that tendon part, I also freak out. Everyone just has something that makes them tick, nothing medically wrong with you. It's just a mind set

I don't think it's that weird. I don't particularly like it either.

Some people have certain panic triggers - your sternum happens to be yours.
