If they are male , it would be a handicap in life. Men are shown much less affection from boyhood onward , than women , so most of us function fine with little to none. We have less emotionally wired brains too , fortunately for us.

My friend says he loves affection through touch because he lost his dad and brother when he was younger. The places he loves to touch... butt, chest, hips & waist. Anybody else think that his story is a way to get girls to let him touch them?

it only works, when there is mutual mental connection. If the couple are really into each other they are able to find that balance.
