The kid I was babysitting pee his whole pants plus shoes, what should I tell the mom?

I would just tell the mom. I know it's embarrassing for the kid, but this kind of thing happens with kids all the time. Even some older kids can pee their pants if they have an emergency.

The worst thing that could happen is the mom has to throw out the shoes. But I would just explain that the child had an accident. Likely the mom has dealt with this before.

If you have to, get the kid to get some clean clothes, or help the find some clean clothes they can change into, take the dirty clothes and wash them.
