Farm it. Maybe start a business on a part of it. Lease my land to other people. Allow advertising companies to erect hoardings on my land. There are simply too many ways of earning money from it.

Well i used to have 1400 acres... But we gave it to the government and now they're growing crops and feeding poor people..
