An acre is 66 feet by 660 feet.
1,000 of them?
If all lined up in a row, I would have a mini kingdom, 660 feet wide, and 6600 feet long. But let's make it twice as wide, and half as long.

1,320 feet wide, and 3300 feet long. That is a LOT of space to do things with. Over 4,300,000 square feet.

I think I would divide it into 6 parts.
1) Where I live. My house, yard, back yard, pool, sheds, workshop, driveway, garage, playhouse or fort for kids, etc. Go nuts. You could probably fit all of that on one acre and it would still feel huge.

2) tree growing operation. Plant the trees 10 feet apart from each other, and you can grow 6*66 trees per acre, or 396. These can be fruit trees for an orchard, or flowering trees for looks, or fast growing trees to be harvested for lumber, and then replanted.
At 1/6 my total acreage, I would have room to plant almost 66,000 trees, over about 166 acres.
I could even devote some to exclusively be a fruit orchard, or trees for lumber, etc.

3) vineyard and wine processing facility. about 166 acres could be devoted to growing and harvesting grapes, and making, bottling, and storing wine. I don't even drink wine, but the idea of having that for gifts, to sell, or just to make for the art of it, is appealing.

4) farm land. I would love to have a berry growing area (can even be the kind you make open to the public. They come, pick fresh berries, pay you like $3 for every pint they collect. Beat supermarket prices, while making you money hand over fist). Also veggies (tomatoes, peppers, lettuces, etc) that can be kept for personal use, or sold. a lot of high end restaurants love having a farm supplier. 166 acres devoted to growing, harvesting, and storage.
I'll also have a bee keeper. Vineyard, farm, trees? Lots of flowers. Take advantage of it, and make honey!

5) "wild growth." This land would probably have a man made creek put in (maybe with a little waterfall!) as well as trees and bushes planted, etc, but then it would be left to grow on it's own. This would be the part of my land for camping in, taking a hike in, etc. 166 acres of intentionally seeded wild growth.

6) development for homes. You can fit a lot of homes on 166 acres. people who want to come work on my land get rent free housing and a job with no real commute, as well as access to what I grow, and the camping area.

I'd probably start playing The Sims in real life. Or more like civilization type of strategy games.
You know, having a plot of land to farm, build a couple of houses for the employees, build a mansion like Scarface's for myself, make myself the mayor, build more houses for the villagers, establish a trade post, get money to roll in and out of town, connect it to the main roads, make sure there are laws and people to enforce it, build one or more offices, supermarket, gas station, hospital etc. Basically, a city as big as I can fit in the size. And of course, we need a sign with the town's name on it, with the number of citizens below it. Like the wild west type of sign you would find, but only in modern day design.

I'd leave build a small home and start a garden and rescue farm for companion animals and farm animals.  Or I'd leave it as is so it'd be a refuge for wildlife.

It depends if I had the money to build on it and if I could build whatever I wanted without worrying about regulations. But I if I was broke and brought the field. Organize the biggest game of dodgeball with eliminations leading to the best players. If money and building were no object bulid a park/ amusement park and charge free admission

I would create a giant maze/ adventure/ obstacle course/ survival game empire. It would be incredible. I would be unstoppable once you enter. Like a controller in the Hunger Games. I would build my house on it then build a barn and some paddocks and treat and adopt mistreated horses. I would also take maybe 20 acres and start a garden so. My family could have frest vegetables all the time plus about 20 acres for fruit trees

Drop some greenhouses on a small part of the land, surround them with giant sequoia trees then innoculate the ground with edible and hallucinogenic mushrooms to enchant the forest. The greenhouse will home some of the best weed strains from around the flat earth..
