That's too open-ended to really come up with an answer. However, if you're referring to clothes similar to the ones on the character in the pic, then I wouldn't even categorize them as "childish" in the first place--so it goes without saying that I think they're fine.

I don’t see the problem in it 🤷🏼‍♂️ I mean, an adult wearing a nappy is a bit weird (as seen above @MarkRet😂) but an old guy wearing a hoodie instead of like... a beige jumper or something is pretty cool, I like seeing people wear what they like 👍🙂

I don't think so.

Even so, actual childish clothes would still be cute.
Things that stand out in my mind as "adult clothing" don't look appealing to me although I suppose "adult clothing" would technically cover a lot of things, it's just the things that come to mind are unattractive.
