I think this could be one of the hardest questions to answer... and the one question that can tell more about someone than any other...
Firstly can I ask for more wishes? That is what most want and actually I think would be a flaw in the question and you would not be granted any wish...

Anyway... I have no idea what my question would be and whilst typing this my mind is actively searching and thinking of all the things...

My mother would say to rod the world of mosquitos! But would she actually if given the chance?

I think to be offered a wish could destroy so much more. If you asked for world peace. Or no famine... I think the consequences would be much harder to deal with...

So I’m getting here now...

Perhaps just wish for a car. Or actually I would probably not believe it was happen and say... so I could wish for a chocolate bar?

And Shazam... I end up with a choc bar!

I’d wish for an indestructible tablet with infinite memory and power that can be summoned by myself when thinking about it, which is able to display any knowledge which can be known, provided it is true knowledge with as much information as will best benefit me, and created in such a way which is in full accordance with my intent, with no attempt to cheat me, and no drawbacks which can be introduced by any loophole.

I'd wish for the power of telekinesis.

But if it had to be something more realistic I would wish that telling lies amplified one's reason for lying to the point that it's impossible to hide it. Like, if someone didn't know the answer to something but wanted to appear to, and lied, they wouldn't be able to finish the sentence for the feeling of pure unfiltered ignorance that would befall them. And I know this would basically mean the end of the Republican party in the U. S. but that's a sacrifice I'm more than willing to make!

My current desire is to find a woman I love to make my wife but Robin Williams genie can't grant that so I'd probably wish for a big house to be home to 10 orphans on enough land to keep them occupied. ( This is my career goal) (scares a lot of women away)

I wish my roommate/best friend hadn't moved out to go back home. Everything in my life has quickly gone downhill since then, maybe not because of that but chain of events, and it would have been easier to deal with everything if she was with me. We still talk all the time but I get so sad when I expect her to be there and she's not, or I think back on memories we made that could only be the two of us.

So I'd wish for the ability to use any superpower of any character from movies, shows, comics and video games. To be able to use ant of their abilities when I choose and freely switch between powers.

Easy, I would wish to not have Epilepsy.
My Epilepsy has caused many injuries in the past and still does
It makes it impossible to drive on public roads
I can't go around on my own without worrying my family
I can't have caffeinated drinks
I can't go out without a Epilepsy watch
I can't be off my HUGE dosage of medicines

So yes, I would go for that wish in a heartbeat.

One of two options would be first to anonamously have it granted for my 16 year old son to use or for my mother to use it for her to have wish the life that would have made her happy. Both of whom there is no communication between me and them although my wish would be to have my son in my life I wouldn't force myself into his life, his or my mom's but if they had happiness being the result of having there granted wish well then simataneously my wish would be granted also!!

Unfortunately, I'd go the selfish route and ask for $30,000,000,000 spread out equally in 10 different bank accounts without any repercussions.
