I'm sure some might. Humans do be very diverse, so there might be guys out there that are really into that.
A lot of guys do like thick girls, so you wouldn't even have to attempt to get skinny for someone to be attracted to you, seeing that you said you have an attractive face. You can always try to tone up a little if you feel that might up your confidence.
