Is 5’9 too tall for a girl?

I’m 22 and I’ve always been insecure of my height ever since I was like 12. I feel horrible when people comment on my height and tell me I must be taller. I could pass saying I’m 6 foot tall. I just feel so big and manly when every girl is cute and small and being next to my friends who are like 5’2 makes me feel so masculine. I’ve been told I’m too tall to wear heels and been asked if it’s going to be hard for me to find a boyfriend being so tall and even been called giraffe.. ugh !! Every time I meet someone new or a stranger talks to me the first thing they always ask is how tall I am or “you’re really tall” I wish I didn’t stand out so much I hate the attention my height brings.. when someone stares at me too long I get nervous they’re staring at how tall I am

Well, too tall to do what? You probably won't be winning any limbo contests, it's true (unless you're very flexible). But as regards the boyfriend thing... I'm just going to be blunt, here: most women are more attractive to guys who are taller than them. Some are ONLY attracted to guys who are taller than them. And (at least here in the US) 5'9" is the average height of an adult man. Now, guys KNOW that women are more attracted to taller guys, and many won't bother pursuing women taller than themselves, for fear they won't stick around. Some also feel less masculine with a taller woman, but it's primarily an "I'm not tall enough for her" reaction. Most guys just don't care. If you can look past their height, they'll usually have no problem looking past yours. I don't know what you think makes a good boyfriend, but it stands to reason that there a lot of guys out there who have a lot of those qualities, but are just short.

And if worse comes to worse, HE could just wear heels too.

Its a good height. Not too tall at all. There are models who are taller than you out there and they rock the heels. I'm dating a 6'2 woman who loves wearing heels. Embrace your height. They are jealous of your height.

No not at all; I’m 5’ 8” and my husband is 6’ 5” so don’t worry about height.
