Guys, When I randomly send a chat to him he replies to my first initial message in10 minutes. Does that show interest and that he like talking to me?

We aren’t friends by the way, just acquaintances. During chat conversation it sometimes takes him 30min to reply back to me.

That's slow in my opinion, but if he's at work than I might give him a pass. Even if he was, he could mention it.

by the way, what do u think about him watching every story update of mine for 2 weeks straight? I’m on a holiday and I have posted many story updates during the day. Sometimes 6 updates and he had viewed all of them. Sometimes he views my story uodate within minutes lol. At most it takes him 2 hours to view them.
