Literally ideas thoughts and events swirl around in your head and then the unexpected happens all the time.
You can’t vent to anybody because you don’t want to be a bother to them so you sit in silence hoping that somebody sees you.

Being the owner of a business it happens to me a lot. I've got so much on my mind at one time it seems like my head can spin like the Tom and Jerry cartoon. A lot of times I can't sleep because I can't shut down my brain.
You definitely are not the only one that this happens to.

I daydream a lot, I usually have a few scenarios going at the same time, but I don't think that's the same thing.

Write it down. Then you can tell yourself you can rest, it’ll be there when you need it all. Some nights it’s the only way to catch some Z’s.
