I’m not sure what I would do, because I have never come across a situation like that, and saying something and when reality struck then it’s two different things
I would take it and try to contact the owner. Also try to squeeze few 500eur notes in, without them noticing, make their day.
Unless they appear to be an asshole, then just throw it on a roof.

I would most certainly take all the cash and I feel like the people here who are saying they aren't are just lying to seem like better people or they haven't genuinely thought about this.
Money doesn't influence my decisions, so no, the money stays in the wallet, and I would bring it to the bank that has it's name on the card for a close by location.
I’d honestly want to return it. (or give it to the police if there’s no ID.) I would of course be extremely tempted to take it, but I think I could overcome that.
If I found a wad of cash no name or anything attached, yes I would keep it but a wallet is another story as it comes with details attached to it and therefore there is a owner to notify.
I'm not a bad person so I'd only take it if there's no way for me to find the owner. And yeah I walk around with hundreds of dollars sometimes cause reasons yk.
I’d return it! I don’t wanna cheat the system. Besides being wrong in Christianity. Also your break universal laws. Which means if you violate those laws you have to pay them back times 10!

id take it and try to return to the owner. if can't, then it's mine.
I would just be annoyed that I would have to drive by a police station for savekeeping it.
I would do what I would expect others to do if they found my purse/wallet.
I would give the wallet back to the owner. I know how hard it would be to lose a wallet because it has happened to me before,.
I'd only keep the money for myself if it was on its own, any wallet or bag might be identifiable so it would be better to hand it in.
I have got some morals so of course I would return the wallet.

If there's an ID in it, I'll find them and give them a call. But no ID, it's mine.
If there's a way to contact the owner I'd probably try to meet up to return it, otherwise I take it to the police.
If I can return it I will, 99% of us still need the cash so what makes me special enough to keep this person's money

I'd take it if there is no identification but I'll donate some of it to charity.
No. I would try to find some form of ID and attempt to return it to the person. I know how I would feel if that happened to me.
I wouldn’t and I never have. I think of myself and how I’d feel. Not to mention I don’t feel right on the inside.
