If you live in the US, is your state considered part of the North, South, West, or East 🤔?

Most people outside the state of Texas consider it to either South or West. Weeeellllll, guess what? Texas is neither, Texas is Texas and is only identified as Texas. Yes, some think it is part of the South since Texas was in the Confederate State during the Civil War. Others think it is in the West because the west starts in Texas. These are both true, however Texas is Texas and yes we are braggarts but it is well deserved. No, Texans are not egotistical, we are convinced. Hope you understand. Nothing against other states, we like to brag.
I guess we’re southern but I don’t think that really does Texas Justice. We are just bad ass. Yeah that will do.
I live in South West US.
Thank You For The MHO 🤗
VERY South East.

Jokes on you, I live in the Midwest. Home of the KC Chiefs. With me being in the center of the US, I can easily travel to any given location relatively quickly to pull off an upper decker or reverse kanga if needed.
Used to be the Midwest; now... well, now it's Florida, which is the second southernmost state in the country, but culturally is kind of its own thing.
Yes.
I hear they hate football in Florida.
My state is in the north but more specifically my state is in the northeast part of the US.
Midwest, but more like Middle America or Mid America (the Heartland) because I live close to the center of the 48 contiguous states.
I know where that is.
It’s called Midwest but
I think it’s middle. And north but mid north doesn’t sound right.
from MN by the way.
I uised to love in the northeast, and now I live in a midwestern state, although it is not really in the "midwest" of the USA, or so I think.
Great lakes, or the north coast. AKA the great lakes megalopolis. The largest industrial center in north America.
Im in the west, very west, where I can smell ocean and see seagulls up in the sky.
I’m not sure. Texas was about of them Southern rebellion. But “western” movies are set there.
Not currently living in the states, but I lived in Arizona for 4 years, and before that Kentucky, where I was born. But I didn't live there much.
Michigan is a part of the mid-west. Or great lakes region if you prefer.
Kentucky is weird. It's where the Northeast, the Southeast and the Midwest all meet and it really depends on who you ask which one of those it is.
Semi interested in this.
surprised there is not a midlands
I'm one of those Oregonian weirdos, pacific northwest all the way!
East.
Right in the middle between north and south. We are a little bit of both.
i'm in northern california, people call this out west or left coast. Whats your state?
We're considered part of the "South," but I think it's dumb. Slavery was over more than a century ago.
@Jamie05rhs We can't forget about it though even if it was in the past. Dwelling on it isn't too good though.
@Cherry234 I know. I agree with both points that you said.
Firm Southern, and you could even specify more of a Hispanic-American Southern.
By the way, I live in Texas.
We're the gateway to the West, so we are not really classified as any.
Missouri?
@Jamie05rhs yeah, St. Louis specifically
Word. Did y'all celebrate Sunday night? Or are you still mad that they left?
@Jamie05rhs I didn't care that mich. My dad is from LA so he's always been a Rams fan. My favorite sport is baseball and I like college football more than the NFL
