What exactly is "love," and what vital function does it serve in your life?

I have yet to hear a coherent answer to either of these questions, and I'm about done pretending that I'm "on the same page" as the wider West in regard to this stuff. What is "love," and what is its function in civilization?

Love is "social chakra" that runs through a person, family and community. Hence why you'll find people with "no love" tend to be the ones who are outcasts and problems to themselves their families and communities.

Love is acceptance, both good with the bad. It's telling someone you matter in their life. That you improve their life in some way.
