If a dumpster says "empty when full" which one is it?

Is it full or empty when it's full and us it empty or full when it's empty, I'm confused. Does it change depending on whether you look in the dumpster or keep it closed.

I didn't even know dumpsters could talk the dumpsters here in the USA are sometimes filled with a gold mine you would not believe the businesses that throw away perfectly good brand new things just because of tax season or because whatever reason they have but if somebody had it together good enough they would go to these businesses get their products that they're throwing away that are good and open up a half-price Corner price used product store and make it killing the amount of food that these places throw away I live in a city that's 24-hour gambling town and you would not believe the stuff that gets thrown away each and every single day it would feed an army it's sick me and really it's disgusting stores throw away brand new packages of meat produce fruits vegetables we as people are very very selfish I'm surprised we've lasted this long on this planet thank God that there are good people in this world oh I just thought about something a come dumpster I don't even know what that is but I want to find out you know because of knowledge knowledge helps with everything LOL

It is merely a truism that explains the duel nature of the universe ; there can be no empty without full nor full with out empty- for full implies that at one time it was empty and empty implies that at one time it was full; the existence of one implies the existence of the other much as the existence of light implies the existence of darkness and vice-verse.

Perhaps there's a more "quantum" oriented explanation, let's say the dumpster exists in several dimensions, conceivably the dumpster could be empty in your reality, but full in a different reality. Also you must consider how cute kittens are
