Congrats! In Canada, you have 3 levels to get it.
First, G1. I got it at 23. You canât drive alone but be with an experienced driver
Second, G2. I got it at 24. You can now drive alone but has to have an experienced driver when you enter the highways.
Last, G. I got it at 29. You can now drive anywhere alone.

Congrats! I was 23
Congrats! I had my first accident (literally a fender-bender on a parked car, plus a massive scratch down my dad's car) a week later. Drive carefully!
(I parked up and accpeted the consequences. The next one wasn't until 25 years later, and many years ago.)
I was 18.
I was 16.

25 or 26. i lived on the edge of a city in a major metropolitan area. we could easily take public transportation to anywhere in a 300 to 900 mile radius and parking was a bitch everywhere. owning a car was to expensive and too much of a hassle until i was 26ish.
I was 21. In NJ you got yours when you were 16, but being I was born in NY not really wasn't needed.
All my drivers are downloaded without license requirements :D
Heh heh
My vehicle driver's license was handed to me on my 18th birthday.
I'll soon -perhaps- go for another one, as my silly hosting country insists that I have a ''local'' one.
18 years old. failed twice but got it eventually. I was too anxious... and I did make mistakes but I learnt now
I was 16, and technically, a person can still get a license at 16 in California, but there are all sorts of requirements before they issue it, and all sorts of restrictions after you get it. I would be curious to know if any of this has reduced the accident rate.
https://driversed.com/california/drivers-ed/how-to-get-drivers-license/16. But was driving before that, with parents in the car. Grandpa taught me to drive stick at 13 on a 69 karmann ghia.

I got mine when I was 16. I wasn't in a hurry to get it but my parents were. On my 16th birthday my dad took me to get tested. When I got home from school that day I got handed a list of business errands to run.
I was almost like 30. I lived overseas in the military so yeah. I was in Japan and it wasn't a necessity. They have train systems so cars are like a thing but not a mandatory thing like it is here in the states.
I was 22. I technically drove illegally before that though.

22... before that, I would just go without one... lmao
I been driving since I was 12, but I first got my DL when I was 32.
(I never like to obey laws and regulations)
When I finely decided to get my DL I had so many bad driving habits that I failed my 1st road test
Firstly congratulations and well done!. I was 18 here in the United Kingdom when I got mine.
Hope you have many safe years of happy and safe driving.
16 and a day - my birthday was on a Sunday that year. I had been driving since I was 14, so it was just making it official.
In my home country, 18 was the age at that time amd that is when I got even though I was driving since 16 under a learner's
16, learner's permit at 15 and a half. Driver's ed at 15. I am probably the safest driver from that class; but I think my teacher was on the verge of a heart attack every time I got behind the wheel.
Congrats always always were your seatbelt
I was 17 and lost it at 35 when I got it back it was a tearful momentI got it at the absolute youngest age possible, on my 16th birthday.
I was 15 when I got my learner's permit and 16 when I got my driver's license.

I don't have a driver's license yet. I might get it in 5 or 6 years.
I was 18. Pretty easy because I did a lot of practice with my dad.
